- Emergency Response Handling – During a recent emergency, when Frank was shivering and in distress, you contacted his neighbor instead of notifying me or the appropriate point of contact. In emergencies, we expect caregivers to follow protocol by immediately reaching out to the designated contact or emergency services when required.
